These reports have been offered by Clarivate for many years, and include more detail than the COUNTER reports. The metrics included in Single Product Reports are not COUNTER metrics. Rather, they are our own metrics that we provide so that users can analyze additional usage patterns.
Single Product Reports

| Subsessions and Queries | A customizable report that summarizes activity for each of the Web of Science collections. |
| Summary Report For Single Month | A standard view of the Database Master Report reporting on key search and request metrics needed to evaluate a database. |
Single Product Report Metrics

| Subsessions | Count of the number of sessions for which the collection was accessed |
| Queries | Count of the number of queries run (such as Smart Search, Basic/Fielded Search, Cited References Search, Advanced Search, Chem Structure Search, and some other clicks that require a search to retrieve the data. |
| WS Subsessions | Count of the number of sessions for which a Web of Science Web Services (API) was accessed. |
| WS Queries | Count of the number of Web of Science Web Services (API) queries run. |
| Citation Events | Count of clicks to view summaries of Citing Records, Related Records, Shared References; also Citation Report, Cited Reference Search |
| Result Clicks | Number of exports (1 per export – not record count), records viewed, abstracts viewed, full text links clicked, JCR overlay clicks, and a few others where data/information on a record is requested. |
