The Web of Science Admin Portal provides complete usage statistics for how your institution uses the products within its Web of Science subscription.
Usage reports are broken down into these “tabs”:
- Usage Summary: This page shows a brief overview of the Web of Science platform usage in a series of graphs.
- COUNTER Reports: These reports comply with COUNTER Code of Practice for Release 5. More details
- Single Product Reports: These reports have been offered by Clarivate for many years, and include more detail than the COUNTER reports. More details
- Full Text Link Report: Full Text Links are available to customers from a variety of sources. These reports break down outgoing traffic from Web of Science by link source.
- API Usage: For customers that use our Web of Science APIs, these reports show the usage of our Expanded and Starter APIs.
- Etc: Other reports, currently include JCR and InCites usage.
Account Look-up
If you are administrator with access to usage reports for more than one account, you will be presented with an "Account Look-up" page after signing in. Use the "Select account" search bar to type any letter, letters, or word in the account name(s) and search for accounts. Select an account to view its usage reports.
Note the usage reports may include prior usage for products that are no longer part of this institutions subscription.
